JUSTWIPES – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return of Goods
- JustWipes will not accept the return of goods for credit, refund, exchange, or any other purpose unless JustWipes agrees to accept the return of the goods and provides the Customer with a return authorisation number (RAN) prior to the return of goods. Return of goods will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless due to JustWipes’ error. JustWipes reserves the right to charge handling/restocking fees for returned goods, except where there has been an error on JustWipes’ part.
- No returned goods shall be accepted by JustWipes (even if JustWipes agrees to do so) if the goods have been tampered with, used, opened, or are not in new and resalable condition, or if the goods are expressly sold on a non-return basis. Where goods are returned to JustWipes but are not accepted under this policy, they will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
- Receipt by JustWipes (or by any of its agents or representatives) of any returned goods shall not constitute, nor be deemed to constitute, JustWipes’ acceptance of the return of the goods for credit, refund, exchange, or any other purpose.
